The Other

The exhibition "The Other" by Oda Jaune is on view at Templon Brussels from September 10 to October 31, 2026. The show features paintings by the artist, including the pictured "V like Virgin" created in 2023.

Oda Jaune, born in Sofia in 1979, works across painting, sculpture, and installation. Her practice explores the instability of reality and the transformation of form, creating new modes of existence where distinctions between body and object, and organic and artificial, are blurred. Her work proposes an expanded anatomy of life, where objects gain corporeality and unfamiliar organisms emerge with intimacy. Jaune's singular visual language coexists beauty and estrangement, using imagination to generate new realities.
